We've been really busy here at OSP the last couple of weeks! Two Saturdays ago, we recorded the Valdosta Symphony Orchestra here in south Georgia. This concert was an exciting event featuring some prominent vocal soloists as well as the Valdosta Concert Choir. That following Monday we recorded the VSU Student Jazz Combos, the premiere jazz groups at Valdosta State. And finally, this last Saturday we recorded a fantastic Celtic band, Keltic Kudzu, up in the Atlanta area. Work is still being done on these recordings, so you can expect some new demos from some of them in the next week, as well as one or two from two more recordings of classical concerts here at VSU this week, including a piece written by me! Check back soon.

The Demos page now is divided not only into Classical, Jazz, and Other, but also sub-categories for various ensembles and instruments per section. I also added a couple of new demos, most notably a couple of big band charts that were recorded last Tuesday.

Ocean Star Productions now has its own dedicated page! If you've come here from the googlepages page, bookmark this as it is the official page now. I've added several new recordings to the Demos page. They include several classical and jazz recordings done recently. I also have several new recording projects in the works, so look for those in the upcoming weeks. Also, if you haven't noticed, our emails have changed to ones with @oceanstarproductions.com at the end now. Finally, I plan in the next couple of weeks to add new tabs for various things, including pictures, staff, gear list, etc. Stay tuned!

Some new demo tracks have been added to the Demos page. These demos are of the cover band Uncle Jester out of Douglasville, GA. They play classic rock and blues, so I've added a new genre section for these.

I just finished another overhaul of the site. Everything is pretty much working properly, though the Studio and CDs pages are incomplete. The CDs page currently has some design samples from CDs we've done recently, though I plan to fill out that page with more stuff and information. The Studio page will feature some recordings done in our studio in the last year as well as pictures. Stay tuned for new material coming soon!

I've just completely revamped the site. I'm still in the process of changing things around, so if you happen by in the next few days, excuse the mess.
New material is also going to be put up on the Demo Recordings page as soon as I finalize everything.
